Joy, 6yo Irish Draught Mare - Hunter
Updated: Jan 22, 2020
Head shy, anxious traveller.

I was asked to treat Joy to help with her anxiety, and several types of stress induced behaviour; barging, head shyness, poor field manners, and travelling anxiety.
Client testimonial
"I can't believe the difference in Joy, she seems so much more relaxed and happy, she's no longer head shy, and all aspects of her anxiety have improved." Catherine T.
In the first session I found a blockage in the shoulder region, and worked on Joy for about 45 minutes. She had a very strong reaction to the Bowen, appearing almost sedated for the following hour, and finally lying down in the field, which is very unusual for her. Catherine reported a noticeable change on her behaviour in the following days, being much quieter and less prone to bursts of misbehaviour.
